Insightly Counselling & Psychotherapy is able to provide mobile and online counselling and psychotherapy when and where it is comfortable for you and/or your family. Together we can find a way to make therapy work according to your needs and schedule. This could be a combination of outreach and online  in an environment that is comfortable for you. This practical approach to therapy offers easier access in times and locations suiting your lifestyle, saving on travel time/costs and parking stress. The flexibility of mobile and online therapy allows to come as you are, and could reduce anxiety by being in your comfortable, familiar environment.


An individual session is 50 Minutes and priced at $130.

Our Insightful package consists of 5 pre-paid sessions valid for 12 months and priced economical at $590.

Our counsellors have obtained NDIS Worker Clearance and are accredited by the Australian Counselling Association. We hold a safe to work with children Blue Card and hold current CPR and first aid. Private health rebates may apply if you have counselling or mental health services as an extra, but we recommend that you call your insurer and check your level of cover. Mobile sessions will have the added cost of $1 per each km.

Client's rights: 

 An individual session is 50 minutes and priced at $130.


Counselling and psychotherapy are private matters. In Australia, the Privacy Act of 1988 safeguards your right to confidentiality regardless of age. However, there are exceptions including if concerns arise around clients capability to make safe decisions, putting self or others in harms way, or when the Australian Courts orders the counsellors to release information, however the client will be informed on forehand.


Clients are entitled to their own lifestyle choices and worldviews, and they will not be treated differently based on their gender identity, political opinions, ethnic background, or religious beliefs. 


Client’s responsibilities:

Commencing therapy, the client acknowledges their responsibilities including actively participating with open and honest communication, not be under the influence of alcohol/drugs during session, be on time and committed to attend booked sessions, give 24 hours’ notice if booked session needs to be cancelled and organise payment promptly. 


Counsellors’ rights:

Counsellors as clients have the right to feel safe and comfortable. Aggressive, violent or disrespectful behaviour and language will not be tolerated and could result in termination of therapy. 


Counsellors’ responsibilities:

The counsellor has the responsibility to maintain a high quality of professional knowledge by staying up to date with latest research and actively participate in supervision and professional development. Adhere ethical and legal responsibilities to maintain counselling registration by Australian Counselling Association.



Feedback, Complaints:

Insightly Counselling & Psychotherapy provides a safe and fair space to all clients where feedback, criticism and complaints can be safely expressed. The complaints process is a consistent with rights-based principle embedded in the Code of Conduct of Australian Counselling Association. Complaints can be
